My Approach

Clear Commission

When you work with me to sell your current home and purchase a condo, the total commission you pay to sell your home is 4%.


I have working relationships with contractors, cleaners, stagers, and movers. I coordinate everything needed for the downsizing process.

Community Oriented

I donate $200 on behalf of every downsizing client to your choice of one of three local charities: Portland Audubon Society, Habitat for Humanity, Oregon Humane Society.

Finding your new home

I’ve helped many people buy condominiums across Portland and I’m happy to share my experience. Buying a condo is different than purchasing a single-family home, so you'll want to work with a broker who has condo experience.

Selling your house

When you’re downsizing, I charge a total commission of 4% to sell your home (1.5% to me, 2.5% to the buyer’s agent). The 4% includes a full list of services including home prep, staging expertise and all marketing. Learn more about my listing fee here.

Working together for two transactions (selling your home and buying your condo) allows for the best coordination, keeping transitions smooth and minimizing stress for you.

Facilitating the move

I have relationships with movers, cleaners, and haulers. Together, we’ll keep the moving-out/moving-in process straightforward and hassle free.
